Purchase of Products

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a Product which is accepted by us once we have sent you an email order confirmation. Any Products in the same order which we have not confirmed in an order confirmation email do not form part of that contract.

Good 2 Go Apparel Ltd shall under no circumstances be held liable for any special losses due to specific circumstances of you, indirect or consequential losses, or wasted expenditure.

Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Site. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the Products. Correct delivery address and postal code/zip code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Good 2 Go Apparel Ltd will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or an inappropriate phone number.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.


Packages will be posted to the address given on checkout, Good 2 Go Apparel Ltd are not responsible for incorrectly inputted information.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery may take up to 14 working days for printed apparel. Embroidery may take up to 20 working days. If an item is found to be out of stock after or initial purchase, there may be a slight delay while it is back ordered ready for printing.

We do not offer a next day order delivery service. All apparel is printed to order and shipping timescales are 'after fulfilment'.

We do not deliver to shipping agent addresses. International deliveries should take a maximum of 4-6 weeks, depending on location.

Delivery will usually be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Good 2 Go Apparel Ltd will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Good 2 Go Apparel Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Postage

We deliver to most places in the world. You shall cover delivery costs. Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of Products, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. Flat rate delivery charges are shown on our checkout page; however, we reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.

Good 2 Go Apparel Ltd operates from 4 printshop worldwide, allowing us to cover more geographic area and avoiding import tariffs where possible. These locations are 2x USA, 1x EU and 1x Mexico. In some instances base apparel may not be available in your closest location, in this situation the order will be automatically rerouted to another printshop to ensure the order is fulfilled with minimal delay.

Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Flat rate delivery times are shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you the customer when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges and taxes.

Any return shipping and subsequent re-shipping on exchanges will NOT be covered by Good 2 Go Apparel Ltd and will need to be paid for by the customer before an exchange. For items ‘Lost in Post” a duration of 28 days must pass before we can officially class this as lost in post.

Force Majeure
Good 2 Go Apparel Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns

ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH THE RETURNS DEPARTMENT BEFORE ITEMS ARE RETURNED

If you need to return a product purchased from Good 2 Go Apparel Ltd then you have 5 working days after delivary to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

As a rule, we do not accept size exchanges of any kind after printing. A full and tested size guide is provided.

Refunds will not be given in relation to mis-sizing 

All returns/reissues/exchanges will be subject to new fulfilment timescales and re-shipping costs.


If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days. After 10 working days clothing will be subject to wear and tear.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund after proof and investigation of the defect.

Postage is a none refundable part of the service, if you are exchanging items a repeat postage maybe be charged in accordance with the size/weight and location.

All items subjected to offers or reductions are deemed as final sale items. Only exchanges and credits are available providing the item is returned within 15 days of us being notified.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Failed Delivery

In the event a package is returned to one of our printshop due to failed delivery a fee for reposting will need to be paid. All orders will be held for no more than 30 days as charges are incurred after this time. If we hold the order for  30 days without reshipping fees/instructions being received we will donate the order to charity.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to printing with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken.

 Any refunds processed after printing will be subject to fees and postage being deducted.

 

Bespoke Orders

We are able to produce bespoke orders for our customers. We work closely with our own artists and printshop to bring you a custom design and style. Price per unit is dependant on: quantity, garment, print pricing per area, artwork required and shipping costs. Any finished bespoke garment may differ slightly from original mock ups in both design and colour. This is due to printing processes and garment type. All usual T&Cs apply.
